On June 15, 2021, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received Mr. Benjamin Blanchard, Founder and Managing Director of SOS Chretiens d’Orient, at the Patriarchate Headquarters in Bab Touma, Damascus.
His Holiness and his guest spoke about the current coordination between the organization and our patriarchate through St. Ephrem Patriarchal Development Committee, as well as the future fields of collaboration, mainly in the realm of education.
His Eminence Mor Anthimos Jack Yakoub, Patriarchal Vicar for Youth Affairs and Christian Education, and Very Rev. Raban Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director, attended the meeting.
